Access to certain areas of our Application is restricted.

If we provide you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our Application or other content or services, you must ensure that user ID and password is kept confidential.

You must notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or password.

You are responsible for any activity on our website arising out of any failure to keep your password confidential, and may be held liable for any losses arising out of such a failure.

You must not use any other person's user ID and password to access our Application , unless you have that person's express permission to do so

We may disable your user ID and password in our sole discretion without notice or explanation.

Limitation and Exclusions of Liability

Nothing in these terms of use will: (a) limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; (b) limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or (d) exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

We will not be liable to you in respect of any business losses, including loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.

Indemnity

You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms of use or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms of use.

No Refunds

Certain aspects of My Ledger Office360 Service may be provided for free and a certain aspects are charged with fee. These fees and charges, if any, are displayed on the website of My Ledger Office360. In the event you elect to use paid aspects of My Ledger Office360 Service, you agree to the pricing, payment and billing policies applicable to such fees and charges.

You may cancel your Account at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation. As permitted under the terms of this Agreement, If we determine that you have breached our terms or policies, we may take action against your account to protect our community and services, including by suspending access to your account or disabling it. We may also suspend or disable your account if you create risk or legal exposure for us or when we are permitted or required to do so by law. Where appropriate, we will notify you about your account the next time you try to access it and by email notification. In the event that My Ledger Office360 suspends or terminates your Account or this Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a purchase, subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of My Ledger Office360 Service, any content or data associated with your Account, or for anything else.

Agreement

These terms of use are for the benefit of you and us, and are not intended to benefit any third party or be enforceable by any third party. The exercise of our and your rights in relation to these terms of use is not subject to the consent of any third party. These terms of use, together with our privacy and cookie policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our application, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this application.
